Welcome to February 2025!!  

Hello Fellow Artisans League At Trilogy Vistancia members,

It was a cold January (did not like) but February feels so much better don’t you think?  YEAH!  

Here to provide you with a few updates.

• We begin the membership renewal drive today!
  • Renew at: https://theartisansleague.com/renew-membership/
  • $10 for existing current members if you pay before by noon on February 17, 2025 (all dues are to be paid online on the website)
    • It will be $20 dollars after noon on February 17, 2025.
  • NEW members that have signed up since November 1, 2024, are exempt (No need to renew – you are covered!)
    
• The last board meeting minutes (January 17,2025) was posted to the site here.
  • Of note from that meeting:
    • The Board reviewed and approved the 2025 Budget (Yes! the Club now has an official budget!)
    • The Board approved the Annual required reporting for TAVC
    • No more login or password to see site information – It is open for anyone to see.
      If you want to write a blog post, update your profile, or post something to the board, you will need to login.
    • The Board suggests teachers ascertain which students are not Artisans League members and charge them an additional $10.00 per class. The additional cost should be noted in the instructor’s description of the class and fee structure of every class. The goal is to motivate more residents to join the League and enjoy the benefits.
      
• 2025 Spring ArtWalk  UPDATE
  • The show is on March 29-30   // Call to Artist will be sent on Feb 18, 2025
  • You will need to have a current membership, to register for it!
  • The Artwalk committee members for this year are: Jorge Pereira / Pat King // Already working on preparations 
    
• Announcement:   2025 Fall ArtWalk has been approved/confirmed by the lifestyle team.
  • It will be on November 15th and 16th from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • It will take place at artists houses and the Mita Breezeway and Artisan Studio.
    
• Welcome new members join the club in the past month!
  • Beatrice DiCara — Welcome!!
    

Hope you are doing some art and working on new pieces (bring them to the next and see you on the February 24 membership meeting (3-4:30p)
