for CALL TO TRILOGY ARTISTS AND MAKERS OF THINGS



The Women’s and Garden Clubs will be presenting the Holiday Home and Garden Tour on
December 11 & 12 , 2025. They are looking for Trilogy artists and makers of things interested in
showing and selling their original creations at the kickoff parties preceding the tour on
December 11 & 12 from 4:30 to 6:30 both days in the Mita Club Artisans Studio.

The ideal candidates will have smaller sized gift type items that are easy to set up, and are
perfect for holiday gifts and impulse purchases for Trilogy residents going on the tour. Cards,
jewelry, wood, textiles, wreaths, small paintings, photos, lighter weight items, things that are
not too big or bulky so will be easy to carry. They would love to have a wide variety!

Each artist/maker of things will be provided with one half of a table that is already in the
Artisans Studio at the Mita Club. No table cloths will be provided. Participants may bring their
own table cloths or props to showcase their work, if they would like. Set up will begin at
4:00pm each day. No items can be left overnight in the Artisans Studio. Participants are asked
to be there both days.

The Holiday Home and Garden Tour is a key fundraiser for charities the Women’s Club and
Garden Club support. There is no artist fee to participate. However, the Clubs request that
artists make a 10% of sales donation which will be passed on to their charities.

This is not an Artisan League sponsored event, however, Artisan League members are
encouraged to apply. Anyone in the community is welcome to apply. However, work must be
the original creation of a Trilogy resident. No reselling retail items or other people’s work.

There are 14 available spots. To apply for one of the spots send an email to the Holiday Home
and Garden Club committee no later than October 28, 2025.

    Applicants will be notified by the committee by November 4, 2025. Spaces at Mita will be
    assigned by the committee.
