2025 Fall Artwalk Participants! 

2 days before the event! — Are you exited and ready?

FINAL COUNT:   Number of Participating Artists:   49 ( Two people have dropped out because of illness or other reasons 

BE PREPARED FOR RAIN and wind! Looks like Saturday might be ok but Sunday will likely be raining!

Gate Access Update: 
Three gates (Kiva Main Entrance, Mita Entrance and Mita back gate) are to be OPEN during the event!  (we confirmed again!)
We have been TOLD by the HOA that the back gates will be open as well.

Maps have been available since Monday at the Mita Artisans Studio, the Clubhouses and are both available online the public event page (https://theartisansleague.com/artwalk) – Good way to help your friends prepare and map a route, and search for selected artist based on medium! 

Print the SAVE A TREE AND DOWNLOAD THE MAP SCAN THE QR CODE flyer (here) and have it handy for anyone that asks for the map during the event!

Street signs have been out since this afternoon. (New “real estate” directional signs are out as well – did you see them?) Thank you – Doug !

Marketing / PROMOTE / Spread the WORD!!!!PLEASE CONTINUE YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA and EMAIL CAMPAIGNS Tell everyone how excited you are about participating in the Artwalk!   Wear your “Ask me about the Art Walk Show!”  IT WORKS!  (people ask!) Note:   I was at an event yesterday, and a couple of people did not know about the event, so please let your friends know!!

Most important thing to remember: The ART / CRAFT *must* be created by YOU — PLEASE no reselling of goods, arts, crafts or goodies is allowed!  

Reminders for those of you at the Mita Shared area Artisans Studio and /Breezeway

  • There is a coffee and danish ArtWalk special $3.00 at the Mita coffee shop
  • YOU will have an assigned space (Please be respectful and do not go over your space dimensions)
  • Tablecloths WILL NOT be provided, bring what you need.
  • Setup time:  8am every morning.  (PLEASE do not enter facilities earlier / If you show earlier, there will consequences for all of us!)
  • Teardown:   After 3pm before 4pm (Other events may be happening)
  • Nothing can remain on the breezeway overnight BUT we received approval we can leave things behind inside the Studio – At your own risk!
  • Plan to have a couple of volunteers helping as greeters through out the day letting people know to visit the Artists homes.
  • You MUST stay on the event BOTH days (9am – 3pm)  

TAKE PICTURES!! Please TAKE PICKTURES of your setup, yourselves, and others so we can create a good fun record of this show and use them to promote the next time!
