ABOUT ME AND MY TV SHOW AND SET DRAWINGS:

I love old TV shows and I have a background in construction. In my construction business, I used a CAD (computer assisted drafting) program to detail client projects. When I retired, I began creating TV show and set architectural drawings by watching episodes of old TV shows and taking detailed notes and sketches of everything from exterior details to interior studio sets. I observe specifics  such as floor plans, furniture placement, exterior finishes, window sizes / placements, stairs, dormers, patios, etc. No interior or exterior detail was ever shown as complete, so I use my imagination, artistic license and knowledge of construction to make working architectural drawings.

I research theme songs, actors, location, program history, etc.  I provide a synopsis of the show along with a list of the cast members and interesting “tidbits” such as “slang” terms that were popular on the show or little-known facts, etc.

My drawings are printed on 24″ x 18″ HP – Heavy Weight – Coated Paper and are suitable for matting, ready-made frames or custom framing; they make great gift ideas for the vintage TV and nostalgia aficionado.
