2025 Fall Artwalk Participants! 

2 days before the event! — Are you exited and ready?

FINAL COUNT:   Number of Participating Artists:   49 ( Two people have dropped out because of illness or other reasons 

BE PREPARED FOR RAIN and wind! Looks like Saturday might be ok but Sunday will likely be raining!


Gate Access Update: 
Three gates (Kiva Main Entrance, Mita Entrance and Mita back gate) are to be OPEN during the event!  (we confirmed again!)
We have been TOLD by the HOA that the back gates will be open as well.

Maps have been available since Monday at the Mita Artisans Studio, the Clubhouses and are both available online the public event page (https://theartisansleague.com/artwalk) – Good way to help your friends prepare and map a route, and search for selected artist based on medium! 

Print the SAVE A TREE AND DOWNLOAD THE MAP SCAN THE QR CODE flyer (here) and have it handy for anyone that asks for the map during the event!

Street signs have been out since this afternoon. (New “real estate” directional signs are out as well – did you see them?) Thank you – Doug !

Marketing / PROMOTE / Spread the WORD!!!!PLEASE CONTINUE YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA and EMAIL CAMPAIGNS Tell everyone how excited you are about participating in the Artwalk!   Wear your “Ask me about the Art Walk Show!”  IT WORKS!  (people ask!) Note:   I was at an event yesterday, and a couple of people did not know about the event, so please let your friends know!!

RULES Reminder:  Please review Art Walk at Trilogy Participation Requirements/ Guidelines/ Consequences Page
Most important thing to remember: The ART / CRAFT *must* be created by YOU — PLEASE no reselling of goods, arts, crafts or goodies is allowed!  

Reminders for those of you at the Mita Shared area Artisans Studio and /Breezeway

  • There is a coffee and danish ArtWalk special $3.00 at the Mita coffee shop
  • YOU will have an assigned space (Please be respectful and do not go over your space dimensions)
  • Tablecloths WILL NOT be provided, bring what you need.
  • Setup time:  8am every morning.  (PLEASE do not enter facilities earlier / If you show earlier, there will consequences for all of us!)
  • Teardown:   After 3pm before 4pm (Other events may be happening)
  • Nothing can remain on the breezeway overnight BUT we received approval we can leave things behind inside the Studio – At your own risk!
  • We plan to have a couple of volunteers helping as greeters through out the day letting people know to visit the Artists homes.
  • You MUST stay on the event BOTH days (9am – 3pm)  


TAKE PICTURES!! Please TAKE PICKTURES of your setup, yourselves, and others so we can create a good fun record of this show and use them to promote the next time!

2025 Fall ArtWalk – Participants-Update: Maps + Promote!

2025 Fall Artwalk Participants! 

We are PUBLIC!  Maps are out there!   
They are now on the public side of the website for people to see and download them.

They have also been printed and distributed to the club houses!

If you want some maps or QR Code flyers to display at your house, a few have been ledt at the Mita Artisan Studio (on the counter)  — Please do not grab more than on 4 or 5 per MAPS and ONE QRCODE Flyer per house.  Keep one  for your table or home, and if you run out,   encourage the visitor they can scan the QR Code on their phone and they will see the full artist list and map!  ( Side note:   You can also download and print at home the 8.5×11 version of the Map and QRCode Flyer from the 2025 FALL ArtWalk Participants Home)   

Speaking of the list on the website,   did you know you can search –  for example want to see all glass  (or wood or jewelry)  artists?  just type glass on the search box  and voila! 

We have a couple of volunteers to go to the Friday Coffee talk and put a plug for us   but would be great if as you mingle at the happy hour remind people of the ArtWalk as well!   

One last thing:  ( THANK YOU Betty for the reminder!)    

Trish just posted the Bulletin on the MTL website announcing the Art Walk.  In order to keep that posting fresh, we encourage you to comment on she just did so that the posting is up front again instead of having it just get buried and is hard for people to find it.    Everyone of us should post something below it – talk about your booth/art, “specials”, or whatever keeps it there.

Remember to also promote in Next Door the show and your exhibit —   Lets make it a success!
WE are all volunteers here!!!  So remember to help a little, the more eyeballs the better we will all be!

Hopefully you received the general communications we have sent. THIS ONE is the separate email mentioned for Mita Artisans Studio/Breezeway participants.  

There will be 25 of you in this area! so this time space is limited!

Cappy Santini is coordinating the space assignments trying to incorporate special requests made. (THANK YOU Cappy!)
The space locations will be published early next week.

A few important things to keep in mind when you are in this area:

  • The ART / CRAFT *must* be created by YOU — PLEASE no reselling of goods, arts, crafts or goodies is allowed!  
  • Setup time:  8am every morning.  (no earlier / If you show earlier, there will consequences!)
  • Teardown:   After 3pm before 4pm (Other events may be happening)
  • Nothing can remain behind overnight on the Breezeway, This show we can leave things in the Studio overnight! YEAH!
  • Make your display SIMPLE and EFFECTIVE.
  • You MUST stay on the event BOTH days (9am – 3pm)  
  • Table and Chair will be provided.   NO Tablecloth are provided!
  • Reminder that Internet and cell phone reception can be a challenge here, so be prepared for contingency
  • Take photos of your Setup!

IMPORTANT:

  • NO tablecloths will be provided! — Bring your own for the table you will be using !! (I think most of you did last show)
  • Most tables are 72″ and a few are 84″ – they can be moved around if needed ( We do not know where they will be placed) 
  • Lifestyles team was only able to provide 20 tables. so we are short 5 tables!
    • IF you have a table please let us know if you can bring it.

Lots happening behind the scenes!!  **Sorry about the ton of info packed in this communication, but it is important to read 

  • HUB for Participants Event: 
    • When you login to the website, everyone in this distribution list should see a green banner for the Artwalk on the Members Home Page. 
      You will find *everything* related to the event participation here:  2025 FALL Artwalk Participants HOME PAGE  Including marketing, participant lists and finalized maps!!
    • YES MAPS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED (Thank you to all proofreaders!) and they will go to print next week!   
      • (Be sure to check YOUR INFORMATION)
      • You can find them on at the 2025 FALLArtWalk Participants HOME PAGE 
      • There are 2 versions!  with the SAME INFORMATION: the 8.5×11 for print at home, and the one that will be printed: 11×17
      • ACTION ITEM:  PLEASE CHECK YOUR INFORMATION:   LOCATION, NAME and PLACEMENT OF PIN ON THE MAP!
        • Note: If you have a website, bio page, Instagram, public Facebook page, or any other link you want us to link to on the PUBLIC Facing participants page – please reply to this email with it.  
      • When will Maps be available to the public? 
        • Maps will be available online on the website about 7 days before the event. PEOPLE can print the maps at home.
        • The printed maps will be distributed to the KIVA CLUB AND MITA CLUB about 3 days BEFORE the event.

  • Advertisement and Promotions
    • Public Media Kit has been published
    • Planned articles on local newsletters and magazines are in motion!
    • My Trilogy Life posting will begin this week (Jorge)

    • Happy Hour and Friday Coffee volunteers are NEEDED!!  Please respond to this email

  • Artists Home Signs:
    • None were needed this time around!
  • Branded Directional Signs:  (Directional Signs) Print at HOME!
  • RULES  Reminder:

    • Days / Hours of operation:
      • If you are at Mita Clubhouse / Breezeway, YOU MUST be at the booth from 9-3pm BOTH days. 
      • If you are at your house, you can be more flexible, but please let us know so we can make a note in the directory!
  • Mita Art Studio/Breezeway Participants:
    • Space planning has been completed — You will receive a separate email with space assignments and details.  
    • Reminders:
      • YOU MUST be at the booth from 9-3pm BOTH days. 
      • NO setup before 8am each day, and you have to remove all Saturday night and re-setup on Sunday
      • We still need a couple of volunteers will be available to help 
      • We also need a greeter to stand and guide people to the neighborhood after they have visited.
      • We received word from the Lifestyle Team that we will be able to leave items overnight at the Artisans Studio (NOT on the BREEZEWAY)
  • Gates Will be Open to the Public:
    • Both Trilogy at Vistancia Lifestyle and Facilities teams have been informed and we have received assurances front gates will be opened during the event. PLEASE NOTE: Only Front Gates will be open, NO back gates will be opened during the event!

PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE in ASK QUESTIONS AND as always, suggestions and recommendations are welcomed!

A couple of things to note: 

  • First-time ArtWalk participants: you will be receiving a separate email with details and mentor support.  
  • Event promotion has been initiated! – PR and articles on several local magazines, realtors newsletters on deck
  • Everyone that registered to participate in the Mita-Art-Studio-Breezeway has a spot!  
    • There will be a special communication for you on the space / rules / details for this participating on this space. 
  • There WILL NOT BE a mandatory meeting this time around (Attend the Club General Meeting on Oct 28th at 1:30pm if you have questions!).
    Let’s use our Community Talk Forum if you have any questions or want to share stories / ideas / photos / best practices ANYTHING!
  • PLEASE REMEMBER THE RULES of the show ( as listed here )
    • All items in the show shall be original creations made by the participant. Artists must offer exclusive work, both conceived and created by the artist alone.
    • If offering an art form using an existing item to a significant degree, that item must be embellished or enhanced with original work and in such a manner as to render it uniquely different from its original form.
    • Participants may not display other artist’s work, nor promote or sponsor anyone else at that time. This includes anyone the participating artist may have collaborated with.
    • No showing of other people’s work, like friends or relatives who do not live in Trilogy or are not members of the Artisans League Club
    • ABSOLUTELY No re-selling of retail items or OTHER PEOPLE’s WORK. PLEASE!!!
  • If you are displaying at home, you    *must* use the official “Artist Home Site” sign in front of your home.

Per our previous email you are a registered participant to the 2025 Spring ArtWalk, that has further requested to be at the Mita Studio-Breezeway area.  You have a spot!   There will be 20 of us in this area!

Please note that we are working on the space plan, but you can generally expect your area to be about 10×10 space. 

A few important things to keep in mind when you are in this area:

    • Setup time:  8am every morning.  (no earlier / If you show earlier, there will consequences!)
