2024 FALL ART WALK- Call for Trilogy Artists

The next ArtWalk at Trilogy is scheduled for Saturday / November 9 & 10 from 9:00 to 3:00.

ARTIST REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED!

On the 2024 FALL Art Walk, artists will be able to exhibit their art at home in their work from their garage, courtyard as well as in the limited space assigned to us at the Kiva Ballroom area during those days.

Registration and payment of fee for participating artist closes at noon on October 13, 2024.

  • Please note the group location change for this event only: It will be at the Kiva Ballroom instead of the Mita Breezeway
    • Setup will begin on Saturday morning, and artist will be able to leave their art and setup overnight.
    • Artists choosing this location will be required to be there both days, Saturday and Sunday from 9-3pm
    • More details will be available to those who select this option

  • The participating artist fee is to cover advertising, printing of maps and other event out of pocket expenses.

The cost for artists to participate in this event is:

  • $25.00 if you have already the standard brand Artist Home sign from last spring, or
  • $60.00 which includes the $25.00 registration and the $35.00 cost for the sign if you do not have one already.

You must be a registered member and have paid the 2024 club member fees. (Renew here)

Feel free to pass this forward to other Trilogy residents you may know that would be interested in participating. The more people participating the better.

There will be a comprehensive map and directory including all registered participants. The maps will be available at the clubhouses and main gates to the community.

THE FINE PRINT

  1. All participants in the show must be members of The Artisans League, with current dues having been paid. If you are just now joining The Artisans League, or need to renew your membership, go to http://theartisansleague.com and follow the instructions there to pay dues. Please do not begin the registration process without having paid dues. If you need assistance with this, please contact us via contact form
  2. All items in the show shall be original creations made by the participant.
  3. No showing of other people’s work, like friends or relatives who do not live in Trilogy or are not members of the Artisans League Club
  4. No re-selling retail items.
  5. Registration closes is at noon on October 13, 2024 – NO EXCEPTIONS
